Prices and delivery
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. We deliver to UK addresses only. Nothing is printed until you approve your proof.
Your right to cancel
Every Paw Laureate item is made to order from your pet's photo, so it's personalised. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual 14-day right to cancel doesn't apply to personalised goods, so we can't accept returns if you change your mind. If you cancel before we start making your portrait, you will receive a full refund.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email pawlaureate@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
